Good day everyone. Oh give thanks unto the Lord for He is good yes He is good and worthy of our praise. Just letting everyone know that the last couple days of powerful teaching has been outstanding. I will be moving ahead a much more aware Leader.

Today’s Prayer

(excuse me but this is personal for me. Is it for you?)

Father, I said that I love You, but clouds started to gather around me. I said I trusted You, then I lost a contract. I said that You wanted only good for me, but sickness stalked my family. Oh Father, I try so hard to be a Christian, why me? Then in my despair I cried out to You for help and You said, “I thought you’d never ask!” Oh Lord, what lengths You went to in order to get my attention! Help me to lean not on my own understanding, but to turn to You. Help me, for at times I forget I can’t help myself. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

Romans 10

Man’s Righteousness – Condemning The Righteousness of God

(v. 1-3)

Dear brothers and sisters, the longing of my heart and my prayer to God is for the people of Israel to be saved. I know what enthusiasm they have for God, but it is misdirected zeal. For they don’t understand God’s way of making people right with himself. Refusing to accept God’s way, they cling to their own way of getting right with God by trying to keep the law.

Human The Righteousness of the Law

(v. 4)

For Christ has already accomplished the purpose for which the law was given. As a result, all who believe in him are made right with God.

Justifying The Righteousness of Faith

(v. 5-6)

For Moses writes that the law’s way of making a person right with God requires obedience to all of its commands.But faith’s way of getting right with God says, “Don’t say in your heart, ‘Who will go up to heaven’ (to bring Christ down to earth).
