Victor is a trusted and valued friend of the founder. The 2 of them met as they shared the honor of  performing the nuptials of Bill & Dulce Holderby many years ago and along with his wife Bridgette and daughter Megan have been like family since then. Victor’s professional career is currently as A partner with his wife in a successful real estate business. The Biggs family  resides in Davies Florida.
