(CLICK THE PICTURE) Good morning everyone. This is the day the Lord has made. We will Rejoice and be glad in it. On this 7th day after Good Friday, what are you doing? Are you going out and telling people about our savior or are you going to act like the disciples that walked with Jesus for 31/2 years did. They hid because they feared for their lives. If you truly walk with God, you have nothing to fear, not even death. Let that resonate in your spirit as you go through this and every day.
Today’s Prayer
Father, help us be aware of Your presence all about us — in the beauties of nature, the smile of a child, the handclasp of a friend, the love of our family. Let us not take a “vacation” from this awareness. Your love surrounds us. Help us come alive and reflect Your love, that others may see You in us. In Your name I pray. Amen.
Let’s eat.
Pray
James 5:13-16
Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven. Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.
Quote of the Day
He who has learned to pray has learned the greatest secret of a holy and happy life.
