Praise the Lord for mercy and grace on this Tuesday. Even if your running a little low on energy do to holiday stress and family turmoil that we all experience from time to time, remember in-spite of it all, THE SON ALWAYS SHINES. The Lord has given this day to us to use for His glory. It is our job to follow through. Lets get busy.
Today’s Prayer
Father, I thank You for a warm place to rest and the roof over my head. I pray for the many people around the world who have no place to call home, who do not have a warm, dry place to lay their heads when it’s cold or damp or a cool comfortable place to rest in hot weather. Please provide for their needs and give them peace. Your Word tells us that even Jesus, in his days of ministry, “did not have a place to lay his head.” His was a life of ministry and sacrifice. He can identify with us all, because he has been to the depths and back. Thank You for loving us so much. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen.
Let’s eat.

Garments of Salvation
Isaiah 61:10
Let me tell you how happy God has made me! For he has clothed me with garments of salvation and draped about me the robe of righteousness. I am like a bridegroom in his wedding suit or a bride with her jewels.
Colossians 3:12
Since you have been chosen by God who has given you this new kind of life, and because of his deep love and concern for you, you should practice tenderhearted mercy and kindness to others. Don’t worry about making a good impression on them but be ready to suffer quietly and patiently.
1 Corinthians 15:53-54
For our earthly bodies, the ones we have now that can die, must be transformed into heavenly bodies that cannot perish but will live forever. When this happens, then at last this Scripture will come true–“Death is swallowed up in victory.”
Quote of the Day
He has great tranquility of heart who cares neither for the praises nor the fault-finding of men. He will easily be content and pacified, whose conscience is pure. You are not holier if you are praised, nor the more worthless if you are found fault with. What you are, that you are; neither by word can you be made greater than what you are in the sight of God.
